American Indian Scholars Program

Covers full tuition and fees for eligible students who are enrolled members or citizens of a federally recognized tribe, a Canadian First Nation or a Minnesota Tribal Nation attending a Minnesota State college or university or the University of Minnesota.

To be eligible, you must: 

• Be a member or citizen of a federally recognized tribe, Canadian First Nation or Minnesota Tribal Nation
• Be enrolled in a participating undergraduate program at a Minnesota State school or a campus of the University of Minnesota
• Not already have a bachelor’s degree 
• Have completed less than 12 semesters of college
